Alexander Casimiro is currently a Bachelor of Arts in Music major at the University of Massachusetts Amherst, where he also minors in Information Technologies. He is the current arranger and instructor for the drumline at Six Flags New England. He is also the current section leader of the UMass Drumline, and a member of the Cadets Drum and Bugle Corps.

Alex has performed with numerous marching ensembles including the Silver Knights (’01-’02), the Targets (’03), the Spartans (‘04-’05), the Boston University Winter Percussion Ensemble (’05), the Madison Scouts (’06), the Six Flags New England Drumline (’07), and the Cadets (’08). He has performed at various special events including George W. Bush’s 2005 Inaugural Parade, the New England Patriots’ Super Bowl ring ceremony, Craig Mello’s Nobel Prize Banquet, and A Night with the Boston Pops.
